Have you ever been in a situation where you feel that a 4×4 isn’t giving you enough power, or that to be the world’s greatest adventurer you need to somehow scale mountains that even deer can’t climb? If you answered yes to either of those scenarios, then you need the Flying Huntsman 6×6 Pick Up.

If you’re into vehicle customisation then you’re bound to know about Afzal Kahn. For those that don’t know about the ‘king of customisation’, he founded Kahn Designs, and has created some pretty exciting vehicles since he began in the early 2000’s.
The Flying Huntsman is basically a Landrover Defender on steroids. At this stage, it’s just a concept. Think of it as a little teaser from Kahn Designs, a promise of great things to come.
From what we can tell, the Flying Huntsman has the front grille from an X-lander and 1945 rear alloy wheels. The coolest thing (besides the 6 wheels, the monster power and the fact that it’s name sounds like a bird of prey) is that the pick up has a retractable soft top. Kahn Designs are definitely thinking of you becoming one with the outdoors with the soft top version of this behemoth adventure-mobile.
This initial concept design is the only one of its kind in the world right now, and Kahn Designs has said that they plan on making the soft top version of the Flying Huntsman available to the public in the next few months.
The hard top version currently costs £250’000, so you can expect to shell out a little bit more for the stat of the art soft top coach built version.
